How the feedback funnel works
When a customer scans your QR and taps a happy face (😍 or 🙂), Scanova shows a one-tap button to leave a Google review. Unhappy taps (😐 or 😞) go to a private form only you see — so complaints reach you, not your public profile.
Why a good review link matters
A direct "write a review" link cuts the effort from several steps (find the business, scroll, sign in, write) down to a single tap. The easier it is, the more reviews you collect — and more reviews lift how high you rank on Google.
Two ways to get your link
Easiest: open your Google Business Profile, tap "Ask for reviews", and copy the link. Or: open Google Maps, find your business, tap Share → Copy link, and paste it into Scanova — we convert it for you.
Where to paste it
In your dashboard go to Card → Google review link. Pro plans get a guided finder with a "Test my review link" button so you can confirm the Google review box opens before you save.
