  • I forgot my password — what do I do?

    From the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and follow the reset link emailed to you.

  • Can I change a QR after I've printed it?

    Yes — the QR points at a stable URL on Scanova. You can change every detail of the page it lands on without ever reprinting.

  • How does billing work in Morocco?

    Pricing is in MAD and accepted via bank transfer (RIB + IBAN). We activate your plan manually within 24 hours of receiving the receipt on WhatsApp.

  • Where do negative reviews go?

    Unhappy ratings stay private — only you see them, with an instant email alert. Happy ratings get routed to Google.

  • Can I use my own domain?

    Custom domains are part of the Business plan. Email support and we'll help you connect yours.
