01.Acceptance
By creating an account or using Scanova in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
02.Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.
03.Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in MAD. We activate your plan manually after receiving the bank-transfer receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no refunds for partial months.
04.Acceptable use
Don't use Scanova for illegal content, spam, hate speech, infringement of others' rights, malware, or anything that would put us or our merchants at risk. We may suspend accounts that do.
05.Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it solely to operate the service.
06.Our intellectual property
The Scanova name, logo, and software are protected by copyright and trademark. You may not redistribute or sublicense them without written permission.
07.Third-party services
Scanova integrates with services like Google Maps, WhatsApp, and OpenAI. We're not responsible for their terms or availability.
08.Termination
You can delete your account at any time from /dashboard/settings. We may terminate accounts for material violations of these Terms after notice when reasonable.
09.Disclaimer
Scanova is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant uninterrupted operation or that the service will meet your requirements.
10.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Scanova against claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.
12.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes go to the courts of Casablanca.
13.Changes
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Material changes will be announced by email.
