01.Your rights at a glance
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
02.Right of access
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We respond within 30 days, free of charge for the first request in any 12-month period.
03.Right to rectification
If something is wrong, edit it directly from /dashboard/settings or email us. We'll correct it without undue delay.
04.Right to erasure
You can delete your account from the dashboard. Primary records are wiped immediately; encrypted backups roll off within 90 days.
05.Right to restriction
You can ask us to stop certain processing — for example, pause analytics — while a dispute is resolved.
06.Right to portability
Your business data is exportable as JSON / CSV from the dashboard. Email us if you need a format we don't already provide.
07.Right to object
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. We'll re-evaluate or stop unless we can demonstrate overriding grounds.
08.Right to complain
EU customers can complain to their national supervisory authority. Moroccan customers can address the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).
09.How to exercise these rights
Email privacy@scanova.ma from the address tied to your account. For other addresses, please include enough information for us to verify your identity safely.
